Anna looks after M&S’s customer first approach, using feedback/insight to make customer experience the best it can be, driving trust and customer care. Previously Managing Director of Customer at Sky, she led Customer Service for Sky’s consumer business, looking after field engineers, service centres, digital services and support functions that help around 11 million Sky customers.
A proud northerner from Yorkshire and a diversity champion, Anna helped to set up and lead the Women in Leadership drive across Sky and focused on social impact through the Sky Cares loneliness programme. With a background in culture change, internal communications, large scale operations marketing and HR, in publishing, media, telco and technology businesses, Anna is passionate about making a difference.
