Fiona started her career with American Express on their graduate travel training programme and over the next 10 years worked in front line, service delivery leadership and management training roles within corporate travel. Fiona then focused her career within learning and development, working within the financial services, vehicle leasing and primary healthcare sectors.

Fiona has worked for The Institute of Customer Service since 2012, predominately within the Professional Qualifications field where she is a Professional Development Facilitator, Coach and Assessor.

In 2019 Fiona became an Accredited Management Qualifications Tutor.
