Jaime joined Cabot Financial in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer for the UK Debt Purchase business. Cabot is one of Europe’s leading credit management services providers, supporting customers who have defaulted on financial products from major financial institutions. Jaime is passionate about fostering a culture that places customer outcomes at the heart of the business — ensuring that support is tailored, appropriate, and genuinely helps customers restore their financial wellbeing in an affordable and timely manner.
Prior to joining Cabot, Jaime held senior leadership roles across several major UK banks, including as Managing Director for Customer Financial Assistance at Lloyds Banking Group. With over 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in credit risk, collections operations, business transformation, and conduct risk, spanning both retail and commercial lending environments.
Throughout his career, Jaime has championed fair outcomes and empathetic service for customers in vulnerable or challenging financial situations and Cabot are proud to work with the Institute of Customer Service to drive excellence, integrity, and accountability across the industry.
