Paul has worked across a number of industries in both the public and private sectors, carrying out senior roles in FTSE companies, government agencies and Royal Mail (pre-privatisation). Having originally trained as a journalist, Paul worked across all communications, branding and marketing disciplines, before moving into strategy and ultimately, customer experience. Learning new things from each sector (including financial services, manufacturing, construction and property development & management), he has led major transformation and digital programmes, working closely with customers to optimise performance and the experience.

Since 2017, Paul has been part of the Executive Team at Curo Group, a housing association in the West of England.
