UKCSI Insurance Sector – July 2021


Customer satisfaction in the Insurance sector has increased to 79.0 (out of 100), 0.4 points higher than in July 2020.

This is the Insurance sector’s highest average level of customer satisfaction since January 2019, when it was 79.8. Insurance is 1.6 points higher than the July 2020 UK all-sector average, 77.4. It is the 5th highest rated of the 13 UKCSI sectors, 0.2 points above the Banks and Building Societies sector.
