Annual General Meeting and Members’ Meeting 2026 (8 Jul 2026)

Our Annual General Meeting and Members’ Meeting is an exclusive member-only event, providing a unique opportunity to network with top UK organisations and gain insights from best practices. It will be held on Wednesday 8th July 2026 at Glaziers Hall, London, where you will be welcomed by Jo Causon, CEO of The Institute.
The Members’ Meeting will consist of a panel session focusing on the latest results from the UK Customer Satisfaction Index that will be launched in July. We encourage all members to attend and engage, as this event offers a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, connect with peers, and have their voices heard, with each organisation receiving one vote during the meeting.

- 9:00 am: Registration and refreshments upon arrival
- 9:30 am: Welcome and introductions
- 9:45 am: AGM starts – review of 2025-26 and 2026-27 business plan
- 10:45 am: Refreshment break
- 11:00 am: Members’ meeting – UKCSI panel session
- 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch and networking
- 1:00 pm: Close

Spaces are limited to two individuals per organisation, so please register now. We reserve the right to limit each member to one places, should we hit the venue’s capacity. Each organisation receives one vote during the event. If more than one person per organisation votes, only the first vote will be counted.
