UKCSI January 2026 Launch: Non-member webinar (22 July 2026)

For the July 2026 UKCSI, we are hosting a special version of our launch webinar, for non-members. The webinar will cover highlights and insights from the latest UKCSI. The webinar is hosted by The Instituteās CEO, Jo Causon, and Brian Weston, Director of Research and Member Propositions, who will share the latest customer satisfaction index results and discuss the key factors shaping the customer experience environment.
This webinar will also show the range of membership benefits, products, services and research that are available to Institute members and how these help organisations develop a service culture to improving customer service and business performance.
About the UKCSI
The UKCSI is the national barometer of customer satisfaction published twice a year by The Institute of Customer Service since 2008. It is an independent, objective customer satisfaction benchmark on a consistent set of measures on over 280 organisations and organisation types across 13 sectors.
