Annual Conference 2023: Operating in the New Service Nation
Our Annual Conference is the biggest forum for customer service thought leadership and best practice in the UK. The event draws hundreds of Service professionals and business leaders together to learn from examples of global service excellence and share best practice.
Our 2023 conference will explore key themes such as sustainability, skills and success. With a range of speakers from Sainsbury’s, HMRC, Amazon or Wickes amongst others, we will discuss the current state and upcoming trends for the service profession, the skills required to succeed and the impact of diversity in the workplace. The conference is run alongside an exhibition where you will be able to meet representatives of companies such as Kantar and Ipsos Mori – more to be confirmed.
Join us on 7 March for our Annual Conference, where you will have an opportunity to engage with your peers and exchange ideas on what approach your organisation can take to run a thriving business and attract talent.
