Head to Head with Eva Eisenschimmel (Lowell)

Eva Eisenschimmel, Chief Risk, Reputation, Strategy & Sustainability Officer at Lowell, will be meeting with Jo Causon, CEO of The Institute of Customer Service, as part of our Head to Head series to discuss leadership and challenges faced.

Eva has worked in multiple functions & sectors, in businesses of different sizes and in many European markets – but the ‘red threads’ running throughout her career are a passion for customers, brands, digital engagement and building inclusive teams.

She currently holds the position of Chief Risk, Reputation, Strategy & Sustainability Officer at Lowell (Permira backed, pan European, FS business). Being a value-led person, Lowell’s mission – to make credit work better for all – hugely inspires her. Eva is also a Non-Executive Director & Remuneration Committee Chair at Saga plc.

Previously, Eva was MD Telephone and Digital Banking, then Group CMO & Culture Director at Lloyds Banking Group. She also acted as Chief Operating Officer & CMO at EDF Energy, VP Europe at Allied Domecq, Head of Relationship Marketing at British Airways, and early on, she co-founded her own digital marketing agency.

Eva has also held NED positions with First Utility and Virgin Money.
