Head to Head with Linsey Jones (Centrica)

Linsey Jones, Customer Fulfilment Director at Centrica, will be meeting with Jo Causon as part of our Head to Head series discussing leadership and challenges faced.

Linsey joined Centrica as the Customer Fulfilment Director for British Gas Services and Solutions in June 2021. The team is responsible for the fulfilment of all customer service and sale conversations, which includes help and support, retention and solutions across voice and digital channels.

The customer fulfilment team is also responsible for Customer Resolutions, ensuring all complaints received from all BG Service and Solutions are resolved successfully.
Prior to this role, Linsey has worked in financial services at HSBC & first direct for over 20 years, and at Virgin Atlantic for over 3 years.

Linsey has worked predominantly in customer experience/call centres, and is a champion for people and people’s development. She holds a Diploma in HR Management and thrives on delivering for our people and our customers.
Having lived in Jersey for 10 years and Malta for 2 years, she is now back to her Welsh roots, living in Llanelli, South Wales with her son Owain.

Linsey is an avid rugby and F1 fan, but spends any spare time outdoors, taking in the fresh air with a family.
