About Joanna Farrell – Assistant Director, Investigations, Fitness to Practise Directorate, General Medical Council:
Joanna Farrell is the Assistant Director of Investigations in the Fitness to Practise Directorate at the General Medical Council (GMC). Joanna began her career in university administration at Manchester University and the University of Huddersfield before joining the GMC when the Manchester office opened in 2002. Joanna initially worked as a manager within the Adjudication team before moving to investigations. Her key responsibilities include ensuring the quality and timeliness of investigations within our fitness to practise procedures.

About Jo Causon – CEO, The Institute of Customer Service:
Jo joined The Institute as Chief Executive in 2009. Since then, she has driven membership growth by 150 percent and established the UK Customer Satisfaction Index as the country’s premier indicator of consumer satisfaction, providing organisations with an indicator of the return on their service strategy investment.
