Delivering exceptional service in high-pressure situations requires resilience, focus, and composure. This half-day workshop equips customer service professionals and team leaders with practical strategies to manage stress, navigate difficult interactions, and sustain performance. Participants will leave with a personal resilience toolkit and clear approaches to fostering a supportive, high-performing workplace culture.

The workshop includes:

  • Building Resilience & Managing Stress.
  • Navigating Difficult Interactions.
  • Creating a Resilient Workplace Culture.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the role of resilience in maintaining high service standards.
  • Identify workplace stressors and develop coping strategies.
  • Manage emotions and understand resilient communication techniques.
  • Develop a personal resilience toolkit to manage workplace challenges.

The workshop runs in a small group of a maximum of 12 participants, which gives plenty of time for your questions. The virtual format includes group work, information sharing, and learning from best practice and the latest insight. Our facilitator will present, review scenarios and provide you with examples.

We can run the session in house for your organisation for groups of 10 to 12 people.

Ticket price for this workshop is £250 +VAT.
