Sustaining performance under pressure
Customer-facing roles can be rewarding, but they can also be challenging, particularly when dealing with difficult interactions and ongoing pressure.
This practical workshop looks at how stress can build up over time and provides simple, practical tools to help participants manage emotions, reset after challenging situations, look after their wellbeing and stay at their best while continuing to deliver high service standards.
Participants will explore how to:
- Stay calm and manage emotions during challenging customer interactions.
- Use practical techniques to reset and recover throughout the working day.
- Build sustainable resilience habits that support energy and wellbeing.
- Develop a personalised toolkit to maintain wellbeing and perform confidently under pressure.
- Build resilience, protect wellbeing and sustain great service.
Aimed at:
Customer-facing professionals, team leaders and managers who regularly experience challenging interactions, emotional demands or sustained pressure, and want practical strategies to support their wellbeing, resilience and service performance.
The workshop runs in a small group of a maximum of 12 participants, which gives plenty of time for your questions. The virtual format includes group work, information sharing, and learning from best practice and the latest insight. Our facilitator will present, review scenarios and provide you with examples.
We can run the session in house for your organisation for groups of 10 to 12 people.
Ticket price for this workshop is £250pp +VAT.
