Anne Stoddart joined the Institute in 2012 initially as a Client Relationship Director before progressing into National Account Director and then Senior Client Relationship Director roles. She was appointed into her current role as Commercial Director – Membership in February 2019 and is responsible for leading the Customer Experience directorate ensuring the delivery of a world class service experience for our members. This encompasses all of our new business and account management teams across the UK.
Prior to joining the Institute Anne has worked within the Finance sector having spent 15 years with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and then 10 years specialising in property lending for a private company in Manchester. In her latter role she progressed to Director level with responsibility for a UK wide based team and a significantly sized property book.
Anne has worked as a volunteer Board Director for a regionally based domestic abuse charity providing support with their business planning, funding bids and eventually overseeing the due diligence as they merged with another local provider.
Anne is based in the North West providing support to both our team and members nationally as well as regularly commuting to our office in London.
