Customer satisfaction in the Insurance sector is 78.4 (out of 100), the same level as a year ago and 0.2 points lower than in July 2020

Average satisfaction with the Insurance sector is 1.6 points higher than the UK all-sector average (76.8). Along with the Automotive sector, Insurance is the joint 4th highest rated of the 13 UKCSI sectors.
