UKCSI Public Services (National) Sector – July 2021


Customer satisfaction in the Public Services (National) sector is 77.3 (out of 100), 1.2 points higher than a year ago and its highest ever level.

The sector’s average level of satisfaction is 0.1 points below the UK all-sector average, 77.4. Public Services (National) is the eighth highest rated of the 13 UKCSI sectors. Along with Retail (Non-food) it is the most improved sector for customer satisfaction, compared to July 2020.
