UKCSI Retail (Food) Sector – July 2021


Customer satisfaction for Retail (Food) is 80.4 (out of 100), 0.8 points higher than in July 2020 and 3 points above the UK all-sector average.

Satisfaction with the sector is at its highest since January 2019, when it was 80.6 but is 1.2 points lower than its highest score, in July 2013. Retail (Food) is the third highest rated of the 13 UKCSI sectors, after Retail (Non-food) (81.2) and Leisure (80.7).
