UKCSI Retail (Non-food) Sector – July 2021


Customer satisfaction in the Retail (Non-food) is 81.2 (out of 100), 1.2 points higher than In January 2020.

Retail (Non-Food) is the highest rated of the 13 UKCSI sectors and is 3.8 points above the UK all-sector average. Alongside Public Services (National), it is the most improved sector compared to a year ago.
