Customer satisfaction in the Tourism sector is 78.8 (out of 100), 0.2 points higher than in July 2020 and 1.1 points above its January 2021 level.

The Tourism sector is rated 1.4 points above the July 2021 UK all-sector average, 77.4. Tourism is joint sixth highest rated (along with Banks and Building Societies) of the 13 UKCSI sectors.
