Customer Satisfaction in the Utilities sector is 73.5 (out of 100), up 0.9 points compared to the July 2020 UKCSI.

This is the highest UKCSI score for Utilities since January 2019, when it was 73.8, but the sector is 3.9 points below the UK all-sector average, 77.4.
