Alison Jones is Chief Customer and Aftersales Officer, Global at Stellantis, responsible for Customer Experience and Journeys, Parts & Services and Circular Economy, reporting directly to the CEO.
From February 2025, she was promoted to Chief Parts and Services Officer, and in May 2026 the role was expanded to include responsibility for Customer Journeys across the entire business, globally.
She was previously responsible for the Circular Economy Business Unit from 2022, and from 2021 to 2023, she also served as President of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) in the UK alongside her day job.
Jones served as Group Managing Director UK and Senior Vice President Groupe PSA from February 2019 and has held a variety of senior management positions within the automotive industry, including Volkswagen MD UK, Audi Sales Director, and Volkswagen Group Aftersales and Customer Quality Director, moving between different disciplines over 30 years in strategic and operational roles.
Jones is a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service (serving since 2013), a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and qualified Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute.
