Day 1 – 14th July, 09:00 – 16:30 

  • Understanding how your day-to-day actions and interactions contribute to a consistent customer service experience across the organisation
  • Developing the mindset and behaviours that drive consistent, effective service delivery
  • Responding to customer needs
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Group discussions and role-play

Day 2 – 15th July, 09:00 – 14:30 

  • Handling challenging customer interactions
  • Service recovery techniques
  • Teamwork in service delivery
  • Reflection and action planning

Day 3 – 28th July, 09:00 – 12:30 

  • Presentation of Service Improvement Opportunities
  • Sharing learning and best practice

We run our online sessions on Zoom, please make sure you have this technology available to you before booking.

Ticket price for this course is £600 +VAT.

Please note that this ticket is non-refundable or transferrable in terms of date.
