Includes a Service Improvement Opportunity, enabling delegates to apply learning to a real workplace scenario.

Day 1 – 14th July, 09:00 – 16:30
- Understanding how your day-to-day actions and interactions contribute to a consistent customer service experience across the organisation

Day 2 – 15th July, 09:00 – 14:30
- Handling challenging customer interactions

- Reflection and action planning
Day 3 – 28th July, 09:00 – 12:30
- Presentation of Service Improvement Opportunities
- Sharing learning and best practice

Ticket price for this course is £600 +VAT.
