There has never been a more important time to recognise successful outcomes from customer service strategies. The past year has been extraordinarily difficult for many organisations, but it has also given an opportunity to reflect and review.

The awards ceremony takes place following The Institute’s industry-leading Annual Conference.

  • Finalists who are members receive one free place, finalists who are non-members receive one free place with purchase of one or more additional places.
