Although most sectors have improved slightly, the recent trend towards greater differentiation continues as retail again increases its lead at the top of the league table.

Overall, the state of customer satisfaction in the UK can be described as fairly good. Behind the average score of 78, around 30% of customers have a CSI over 90.
