Institute’s CEO, Jo Causon, interviewed on LBC Radio

LBC ran a special report week on the Together Against Hate campaign, spearheaded by Nationwide. The week of special features looked at the impact of abuse towards customer-facing staff, and what we can all do to combat it.

Listen to Jo discuss the issue with Nick Ferrari: “we are calling for a zero tolerance approach to hostility and abuse” against customer service professionals and “encouraging organisations to invest in training to equip their staff” to be able to deal with abusive customers.
